New Website for United Church Homes and Services

November 13, 2015

United Church Homes and Services (UCHS) has launched a newly designed website.  The website has new and improved features and serves as a platform to market all programs and services of UCHS in both North Carolina and Virginia.  Enhanced features include: a mobile-ready site, online job listings and application process, 3-D floor plans, photo galleries, and newly produced resident testimonials and photographs.

“Our online visitors will now experience a more comprehensive and seamless view of our organization,” shared Joy Cline, Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer. “The UCHS site will guide visitors to programs and services and provide direct links for more detailed information.  Each UCHS community follows the same template and focuses on branding the organization.”

The Public Relations Department of UCHS, Shaylyn Ladd, Susan Stone and Joy Cline, led the partnership with Frogman Interactive to update and refresh the site.  In addition to the added upgrades to the site, a change in platform now supports newer software that has been incorporated for RSS Feeds, timely changes to relevant information and dynamic content.

UCHS currently operates 11 programs:  three continuing care retirement communities, seven HUD 202 affordable housing communities, and one Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The home office and UCHS Foundation complete the organization. For additional information, contact Joy Cline at 465-8014 or visit our website at www.uchas.org.
