LeadingAge Ziegler 150 Report Ranks UCHS

The 2016 LeadingAge Ziegler 150 Report (LZ150) released this month shares trends in the not-for-profit senior living industry. Both LeadingAge and Ziegler are nationally recognized organizations serving the growing aging services field. LeadingAge is the nation’s largest association of not-for-profit aging services providers in the country, and Ziegler is the nation’s #1 ranked underwriter of tax-exempt and not-for-profit financings for senior living.
United Church Homes and Services (UCHS), headquartered in Newton, NC, ranked among the top not-for-profit senior living organizations in the LZ150 report.
-UCHS is ranked the 85th largest not-for-profit multi-site senior living provider in the US based upon total number of units.
-UCHS is ranked 38th largest not-for-profit multi-site senior living affordable housing provider in the nation based on number of units.
-UCHS is the largest not-for-profit multi-site senior living provider based in NC providing affordable housing.
-UCHS is ranked the 18th largest not-for-profit multi-site senior living provider of home and community-based services in the nation based on total revenue.
