Lake Prince Woods New Construction

In order to answer the market demand for retirement living opportunities, Lake Prince Woods has begun a $25 million expansion of its services for seniors. 123 new attached and single-family homes will be added to the 172-acre wooded campus. The proposed expansion will complement the community's 130 existing homes and apartments and wide range of healthcare services.

The new homes will offer two bedrooms and two baths, plentiful storage, spacious eat-in kitchens, and options like garages and sunrooms. They will be conveniently located close to the community center, which boasts dining, fitness facilities, a wide range of social activities, and the security of healthcare services like assisted living and nursing care. Residents can also take advantage of extensive wooded walking trails, a woodworking shop, beauty shop, library, picnic areas, a putting green, large gardens and a gazebo on Lake Prince.

Future plans include new outdoor recreation space, walking trails and extensive landscaping.
