Welcome to Covenant Place, a housing ministry of United Church Homes and Services. Since its opening in 1998, Covenant Place has quickly become one of the most desirable affordable housing communities in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina.

Covenant Place is located in Chapel Hill, an area abundant with cultural and social opportunity. The University of North Carolina and our state Capital, Raleigh, are only a short distance from the campus.

Covenant Place is a HUD 202 community designed to meet the needs of adults, age 62 and older, whose income does not exceed the current limitations. As a ministry of United Church Homes and Services we are proud to offer not only housing but supportive services and special amenities including:
