2006 UCHS Charity Golf Tournament
Join us for the United Church Homes and Services (UCHS) Foundation Charity Golf Classic on October 9, 2006, in Thomasville, NC at Colonial Country Club. In addition to a great day of competitive play and fellowship, this will be an opportunity for our many loyal sponsors and players to try out a new course. Colonial Country Club is a challenging 18-hole, par 71 golf course designed by Gene Hamm. Established in 1958, Colonial provides first class amenities to its membership, their families, and guests. Located less than 2 miles from I-85, this beautifully landscaped course is easily accessible from anywhere in the Triad. We think you will enjoy the opportunity to play there. Proceeds from this tournament go to the UCHS Foundation and will support special needs of our residents. Established in 1971 in Newton, NC, UCHS has a long-standing reputation of providing high quality, affordable residential communities for seniors. UCHS is associated with the Southern Conference of the United Church of Christ. As a non-profit ministry, we pride ourselves in being guided by the spiritual principles of appreciation and respect for the dignity and worth of each individual. UCHS provides housing, services and life opportunities for over 1200 older adults. Our hallmark is the belief that we enrich the lives of those we serve.
